Year 2021 was a very special year for us…
When thinking our most recent milestones, I wish to highlight these events: founders have handed over the helm to the next partner generation. We moved to new premises at Kasarmikatu. Our capabilities to serve clients’ international needs have strengthened. Our clients rely on August in deeper and broader transformations. Together with our experts, we serve the leading Finnish corporations to expand their digital and platform businesses. To conclude what the past two decades have shown us, it’s that Finnish companies and their leaders want pragmatic, relevant and impactful advice and support to advance their businesses.
Going forward, we believe some fundaments will stay intact: honest and independent advisors are much appreciated, templates and best-practices do not solve companies’ unique situations, and the best results can be achieved by high-performing teams comprised of outstanding individuals. We’ll do our very best to hold on these assets. In addition, many things will progress. We are committed to further raise our game and continue to be the trusted, capable partner for our customers – and the best place to do consulting in Finland.
