The last 10 years Topi has been leading multi-billion global business integrations in publicly listed engineering and capital goods companies. In this role he has gained experience in many areas such as manufacturing footprint optimisation, go-to-market modelling, operating model design, cultural integration, sustainability, insourcing/outsourcing, digitalization and procurement operations.
