Roosa Ilvonen

Roosa retuned to August as a consultant in 2026, having completed her internship in 2022. She holds an M.Sc. in Mathematics and Operations Research and brings close to three years of prior experience from global management consulting and private equity.

In consulting, Roosa is drawn to the variety of problems at hand, from the breadth of industries to specific questions being solved. Being able to learn and develop genuine expertise across a wide range of topics is what makes the work continuously inspiring. Working closely with a talented & ambitious team makes it all the more rewarding.

Outside of work, Roosa enjoys a variety of sports and outdoor activities. She also has a passion for food, whether that means cooking, discovering new restaurants, or simply exploring new cuisines.

Roosa likes to brave the future at August, as she is inspired by a culture where high level of ambition and genuine care for people go hand in hand, and where colleagues challenge and support each other to excel.
