Kristian Perttunen

Kristian rejoined August as a full-time analyst in January 2022 after his graduation and a prior internship in the company in early 2020. As a people person, Kristian enjoys working with sharp and talented colleagues and helping clients with their unique business problems. He especially values the mixture of analytical thinking and numbers, as well as the human side of consulting that working at August offers.

Kristian has completed two academic degrees at Aalto University: a master’s degree in industrial engineering and management and a bachelor’s degree in finance. Besides management consulting, Kristian has previous work and volunteer experience in various fields and companies, including a tech start-up and a large food sales and marketing organization.

Outside the office, Kristian enjoys spending time with his family and friends, travelling and experiencing new things, as well as doing different kinds of sports from tennis to badminton. Kristian is especially passionate about golf, and during the summer golf course is the place where he can most likely be found.

Kristian likes to brave the future at August because it provides him a positive and encouraging environment, where he can develop professionally and contribute to a greater good while working with truly amazing people.
