Kiia Rouhelo

Kiia got the first taste of August in 2021 as an intern, after which she joined as a full-time analyst in fall 2022. What especially fascinates her is working with the bright and nice people of August, coupled with interesting client projects. Kiia is passionate about sustainability topics and is intrigued by clients on their unique journeys and helping them. She holds a master’s degree from Turku School of Economics with a major in finance. Before joining August Kiia gained experience from corporate finance and was active in various roles within her student organization.

Outside the office Kiia enjoys spending time outdoors, whether in the forests, mountains or by the sea. She likes to keep herself moving – for instance by running, doing CrossFit, and ice swimming – and is always up for trying out a new sport or other adventure. And not to mention, good food enjoyed in a good company is also close to her heart.

Kiia likes to brave the future at August because it allows her to develop herself and the world for the better together with brilliant colleagues and clients.
