Henna Soini

Henna rejoined August as a full-time analyst in winter 2023 after graduation and the completion of two shorter stints at August in fall 2020 and spring 2022. Henna is passionate about combining hard facts with the understanding of people issues and psychology. She enjoys working in various types of engagements but is especially excited about sustainability, strategy and organizational topics.

Henna has graduated from Aalto University School of Business majoring in finance. On top of management consulting, she has gained experience from various fields ranging from private equity to executive search and finance.

Outside office, Henna enjoys various sport activities both outdoors and indoors. Her absolute favorites are strength training, Olympic lifting and dance classes. To relax, Henna enjoys sauna and ice swimming, playing board games with her friends and watching movies with her loved ones.

Henna likes to brave the future at August where she is surrounded by a close community of funny and bright colleagues and an intriguing variety of client engagements that feed her hunger for always learning something new. At August, she strives to make the world a better place, one project at a time.
