Anton Mikkonen

Anton joined August full-time in 2025 after completing an internship in 2023. He holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Aalto University and brings prior experience in private equity, data consulting, and the machinery industry.

In consulting, Anton is driven by the thrill of solving complex challenges and the energy of intensive teamwork. He values customer-centricity above all, aiming to uncover each client’s real needs and deliver tangible impact — not just polished presentations. He approaches each project with dedication and a willingness to listen and build solutions together.

Anton aims to bring a positive and light-hearted spirit to every project and to the everyday atmosphere at August. Outside of work, he plays as a goalkeeper in a lower-division football team, enjoys testing his endurance in long-distance running events, and values quality time with his family and friends.
