Aarne Viheriävaara

Aarne joined August in January 2026. He is particularly interested in the tangible impact of helping companies succeed through better-informed decisions. He gets excited about learning across a wide variety of industries and enjoys turning complex questions into clear insights.

Before August, Aarne worked in Paris in strategy consulting with a focus on M&A and growth topics. He holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Aalto University, having also studied a semester abroad at Politecnico di Milano.

Outside of work, Aarne likes to stay active by running and walking, and keeps a close eye on the NBA. He has a soft spot for architecture and urban planning, and is especially inspired by dense, lively urban environments.
