What if you could combine the perks of top-tier management consulting with a caring, shields-down work community? At August, we believe we can offer you just that.

Each fall we recruit several students to join our team as interns during the following calendar year. An internship lasts 2-3 months with flexible timing during winter, spring, or fall.

We are primarily looking for 3rd+ year university students, who still have studies ahead after the internship. In our candidates, we value initiative, ‘can do’ attitude, analytical capabilities, people skills, and demonstrated excellence in studies, work, or other fields of life. But for us, that’s not enough. You also need to be a sincere team player, because that’s the only way to thrive at August.
