August acted as commercial due diligence advisor to Vaaka Partners on its majority investment in Eltrea Group

August was pleased to act as commercial due diligence advisor to Vaaka Partners on its recent majority investment in Eltrea Group and Eltrea’s parallel acquisition of Sähkö-Vendelin. Following the transactions, Eltrea Group has approximately EUR 30 million in revenue and around 120 professionals. Eltrea aims to become a leading player in electrical building services and to accelerate the transition towards more energy‑efficient and sustainable construction and living.
