Fredrik Gustafsson

Fredrik has worked as a management consultant for more than 20 years and joined August in 2026, with a mission to establish August in Sweden. Fredrik thrives in the fast paced private equity environment, where he works with both transactions and value creation. He holds a master’s degree from Chalmers University of Technology in Göteborg, Sweden.

Outside work Fredrik enjoys spending time with his family and doing sports. He is a passionate track and field athlete, competing on an international level.

Fredrik likes to brave the future at August, where he wants to bring Finnish sisu to Swedish clients, while creating the perfect place to work for Swedes as well.
