August & Friends: Building Tradition as We Approach 25 Years

In August, we hosted our third August & Friends event, which once again brought together a full house of alumni, clients, and friends for an evening centered on meaningful connections and shared purpose.

Giving back was at the heart of the night. We were honored to hear Teemu Vartiamäki from Icehearts ry speak about their impactful work supporting young people. Thanks to each event registration and the generous raffle prize donations from our clients, we were proud to make a valuable contribution to their mission.

The evening was completed with delicious bites from Fygë, refreshing drinks, including our signature cocktail, The Ibis (read more about why the Ibis-symbol is important to us in our Culture Handbook), and music by August’s own Tuomo “DJ Thanos” Tanila, creating a relaxed and celebratory atmosphere.

As the years go by, August & Friends is becoming a much-loved tradition, bringing together familiar faces and new connections across industries. Looking ahead makes it even more special, as we prepare to celebrate August’s 25th birthday next year, with even more reasons to come together.
